Friday July 16 thru 24, we'll have some of Canada's most dangerous guitar slingers performing as part of Race Week.

Check out Greg Demchuk, Jim Guiboche, Brent Parkin, Alex Harriot, and Tom Roshkov performing in clubs and on the street during Race Week 2010.

Cars & Guitars go together like Rhythm & Blues, or Rock & Roll. We've got some of Canada's finest guitar players in town for Race Week, so be sure to check them out.

We've got Greg Demchuk (The Twisters, the Rockin Highliners) & the Du-Rite Aces performing in the Rose & Crown Pub (Sutton Place Hotel, aka: Race Week Central) July 16 & 17. Call the Rose & Crown Pub at 780 426 7827 for details and get there early.

The following week in the Rose & Crown, Race Week has Dave Babcock & the Nightkeepers from Wed July 21 thru Sat July 24, with the always swingin' Alex Harriot on guitar (Rockin' Highliners).

Juno winner Brent Parkin blows into town on Wednesday for a special solo performance at the Blue Chair Cafe, July 21. Sure to be some magic there. Then he joins Jimmy & the Sleepers for the weekend shows in the Sutton Place Ballroom.

As a special treat on Thursday, July 22, Jimmy Guiboche & the Sleepers will be joined by Juno winner Brent Parkin for the SafeFreight Street Party Breakfast, on Rice Howard Way, 8:30 am, Thursday, July 22.
